Fort City Church is a community of faith. We are in Fort Mcmurray on purpose, with a purpose, to play a life-giving role in our community and to be a part of the story of Fort McMurray.

Fort City is a place where everyone is welcome. None of us are perfect, so we don’t expect you to be. Our desire is for you to have a real, life-changing encounter with Jesus that leads into a life that is marked by increasing hope, love, and joy.

We are a church that is empowered by Christ. We love God and love others in practical, authentic ways. We keep our eyes and hearts open to wherever God calls us to join him in his mission to show love to our municipality and world. 

We believe that Jesus has invited, called, and empowered each of us to live on mission to reach the world with His love.

Jesus comes first.

People need love.

Prayer is powerful.

Faith is a journey.

Grace is for everyone.

Hope is worth sharing.

This is our city.
